Great for migraines
I suffered a lot with migraine. The air compression is helpful. And I do like the heating eye patch. It also helps with my light sensitivity during the headache. Will recommend it.
It takes some time to learn how to wear the hat. Once you got it, it is sooo good. I do not need to ask my husband help squeezing my head any more.
